Where we ship

Elefair currently ships to the United States (all 50 states, excluding PO boxes for some sellers). Additional destination countries may be enabled per seller; the cart shows what is available for your address.

Who ships your order

Each item shows "Ships from" (e.g., US, Bangladesh, China). Items from different sellers ship separately and may arrive on different days; you pay one checkout and see every shipment in your account.

Delivery estimates

Each listing shows a real-time estimate ("Get it Mon, Oct 26 – Fri, Oct 30") based on the seller's handling time plus transit from their location. Typical transit: US sellers 2–7 business days; international sellers 8–25 business days, or 3–8 days when express is offered. Estimates exclude customs delays, weather and carrier disruptions.

Shipping cost

Shown per seller in the cart before you pay. Many sellers offer free shipping above a threshold. Elefair local delivery (same/next-day by our own drivers) is offered in selected ZIP codes for items fulfilled by Elefair.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking; you receive email and push updates and can see the carrier link in Your orders. If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days (domestic) or 30 (international), contact us — you are covered by Buyer Protection.

Address accuracy

Please check your address at checkout. Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address are refunded minus the original shipping cost, or reshipped at your expense.

Undeliverable, lost or damaged

Report within 7 days of the delivery date. We will reship or refund under the Buyer Protection Policy.
