If an item is not eligible for international shipping, it will be noted at checkout.

From time to time, Elefair may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders.


🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship:

  • To P.O. Boxes for certain oversized items

  • Items restricted by customs or local import laws

If your order includes restricted items, we will notify you before processing.


📦 Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.


🛑 Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed or tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
