Where is my order?
Open Your orders → the order shows each shipment, carrier and tracking link, plus live status for Elefair local delivery. If tracking has not moved for 15 business days (30 international), start a chat and we will reship or refund.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, free of charge until the seller ships it (usually within 2 business days). After shipment, refuse delivery or use a return. See the Cancellation Policy.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link via Stripe. Your card details never reach Elefair or sellers.
Why was my card charged before delivery?
Elefair collects payment at checkout and holds it — the seller is paid only after delivery. This is what makes Buyer Protection possible.
How do coupons work?
Enter the code in the cart's Code box. Seller codes apply to that seller's items; Elefair codes apply to everything. One code per order.

How do I return an item?
Within the return window (30 days by default) message the seller from the order or chat with Support. You will get instructions and, for seller errors, a prepaid label. Final-sale items can only be returned if damaged or not as described.
When do I get my refund?
Within 3 business days after the return is received (immediately for not-received claims); banks take 5–10 business days to show it.

Do I pay customs duties?
US deliveries usually clear without duties under the de minimis rule; if any apply the carrier collects them unless the listing says Duties included. Deliveries outside the US are DDU — the buyer pays destination duties and VAT.
What is Elefair local delivery?
Same/next-day delivery by Elefair drivers for items fulfilled by Elefair in selected ZIP codes. Enter your ZIP in the cart to see if it is available; you get live driver status and a delivery photo.

How do I delete my account or download my data?
In Your account use Download my data or Delete account. Deletion removes your name, email and addresses; orders stay on file for accounting as the law requires.

How do I join as a driver?
Apply at Drive with Elefair. After approval you receive a temporary password for the driver app; go online, take deliveries, navigate, mark picked up and delivered with a photo. You are paid per completed stop.

seller · Getting started

How do I add products?
Install the Elefair Seller Importer Chrome extension and click Import to Elefair on any Amazon product, upload a CSV from the Import page, or add products manually. AI rewrites imported listings so they are unique for Google.
Why is my product pending review?
New sellers' first 5 products are reviewed by Elefair (usually within 1 business day). Products matching the blocked-brand (VeRO) list are held until reviewed.

When do I get paid?
Funds move from Pending to Available 7 days after delivery. Request a withdrawal above $100 to your verified payout method; US bank 1–3 business days, international 2–5.
Which payout methods are supported?
US bank (ACH), Zelle, PayPal, SWIFT international bank, Bangladesh bank, bKash and Nagad (paid in BDT at the published rate minus 1.5%).
Why can't I withdraw?
Verification (KYC) must be approved first — ID, business name, address and bank proof. Non-US sellers are always verified before the first payout.

What does Elefair charge?
A marketplace cost of 12% (Free), 10% (Basic) or 8% (Pro) of the sale, plus channel costs only when the sale happened on eBay (13.25% + $0.30) or Walmart (15%). Every sale shows an itemised statement.

How do I sell on eBay or Walmart through Elefair?
Elefair lists your products on its own eBay/Walmart accounts at the same price; orders flow into your dashboard like any other sale with the channel cost on the statement. Ask Support to enable self-listing from your Channels page.

What tracking numbers are accepted?
Any scannable tracking from an approved carrier, including Amazon TBA numbers. Enter it on the order within your handling time; the buyer is notified automatically.

How do promoted listings work?
Create a campaign in Ads & Promote with a rate (2–30%). Your products appear in Sponsored slots; you pay only when an ad leads to a sale, as an Ad cost line on that statement.
