Seller cancellations
Sellers may cancel only when an item is out of stock, the address is undeliverable or the order is flagged for fraud. Every seller cancellation refunds you in full automatically and counts against the seller's performance.
Cancellations by Elefair
We may cancel orders that fail fraud review, violate policy or cannot be fulfilled; you are refunded in full.
