How funds flow
Buyers pay Elefair (via Stripe) in USD. Elefair holds the funds under Buyer Protection until the order is delivered, then releases your net amount after the hold period. Your Elefair balance is always in USD.
| Stage | Timing |
|---|---|
| Paid → Pending balance | Immediately after the buyer pays |
| Pending → Available | Delivery confirmed (carrier scan or Elefair driver) + 7-day hold (new sellers may have 14 days; trusted sellers may be shorter) |
| Withdrawal request | Any time your Available balance is at least USD 100 |
| Payout | Paid manually by Elefair finance within 1–3 business days (US bank), 2–5 business days (international) |
Payout methods
- US bank (ACH) — no Elefair fee.
- Zelle, PayPal — no Elefair fee; provider fees may apply.
- International bank (SWIFT) — your bank's receiving and intermediary fees are deducted by the banks; Elefair pays the sending fee.
- Bangladesh bank, bKash, Nagad — paid in BDT at the mid-market rate published by our settlement partner on the payout day, minus a 1.5% conversion fee.
- Other wallets (e.g., Payoneer) may be added; see the Withdrawals page for current options.
Currency conversion
Conversion happens only at payout for non-USD methods. The rate and fee are shown on the payout record. Exchange-rate fluctuations between request and payout are borne by the seller.
Verification and limits
Payout methods must be confirmed by email code and must be in the seller's own name (or the registered business name). Withdrawals are blocked until KYC is approved (always required for non-US sellers; for US sellers when requested). First-time payouts and payouts over USD 5,000 may require additional verification.
Holds and offsets
Elefair may hold or offset funds for open disputes, chargebacks, refunds, fee adjustments, IP claims, suspected fraud or legal requests, and may hold the balance of a terminated account for up to 180 days.
