DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Elefair respects intellectual property and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512). We remove infringing listings and content and terminate repeat infringers. Our VeRO-style blocked-brand program also pre-screens listings for trademark risk.
Report infringement
Send a notice to our Designated Agent: DMCA Agent, Elefair International Inc, email support@elefairtech.com (subject "DMCA notice"). Include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work or trademark; (2) the URL(s) of the infringing listing(s); (3) your contact details; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; (6) your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We remove or disable the listing promptly (usually within 1–2 business days), notify the seller and record a strike. Three strikes, or one clear counterfeit case, result in account termination and forfeiture of pending payouts to cover claims.
Counter-notice
A seller who believes content was removed by mistake may send a counter-notice with: identification of the removed content and its former URL; a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification; consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where the seller is located (or New York County if outside the US) and acceptance of service from the complainant; and a signature. We may restore the content 10–14 business days after forwarding the counter-notice unless the complainant files a court action.
Misrepresentation
Under §512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
