2.It can't tell it's Glass or Plastic by the appearance , so how can I to identify it?
You can try to ignite the screen protector with a lighter. After the plastic layer on the surface burns , you will see that the shape of the tempered glass does not change after burning. (Plastic will be deformed at less than 300 degrees Celsius. Glass will be softened only at 600 degrees Celsius)
3.Does the screen protector cover the whole screen? Why is it smaller than my Camera's screen?
A little smaller than the screen makes it easier to install. And it is not easy to damage and get bubbles.
4.How can I remove a cracked glass screen protector?
Lift the screen protector with your nails or hard cards from any corner . Once the corner has been lifted off the device, hold the corner and remove SLOWLY.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Why didn't my order qualify for Free Shipping?

We ship most international packages via DHL FedEx and UPS but at a higher cost. Delivery times are reduced to around 7–15 days. we often (on your Demand ) ship via cargo ship, in which case it may take around 20-30 days to receive your package, depending on the origin and destination of the shipment.
