elefair.com Return Policy: You may return any new computer purchased from elefair.com. damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. elefair.com reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds

we often (on your Demand ) ship via cargo ship, in which case it may take around 20-30 days to receive your package, depending on the origin and destination of the shipment.
