ZenScreen MB16ACV uses an innovative USB-C hybrid-signal connection that handles both power and video signals. Its reversible, any-way-up USB-C design allows for quick connections to compatible devices, and there's also a driver1 that enables support for USB Type-A connectors.
An Embedded Treatment to Keep You Safe
A proprietary ionic silver treatment embedded in the bezels and rear of the ZenScreen MB16ACV offers long-lasting protection, inhibiting up to 99.9% bacterial growth and adhesion to keep key areas of the monitor clean and hygienic.
Work in Comfort
A fold-out kickstand props the monitor up on any flat surface, enabling easy tilt adjustments to ensure comfortable viewing angles and working positions.
A ¼”-threaded hole at the rear of the monitor lets you attach the ZenScreen MB16ACV to a conventional tripod or table-mount easily.
elefair.com Return Policy: You may return any new computer purchased from elefair.com. damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. elefair.com reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. elefair.com will not accept returns of any desktop or notebook computer more than 14 days after you receive the shipment. New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Every effort is made to ship packages as quickly and efficiently as possible. Shipping totals are calculated after all rebates and bundle discounts have been applied. Gift cards, freight charges, duties and taxes do not count towards the $300 order total. Shipping and Custom fees are nonrefundable.
Why didn't my order qualify for Free Shipping?
Your order may not qualify for the following reasons:
It's a special order.
Item is shipped directly from the manufacturer not "elefair"
The item is out of stock or backordered.
The delivery address is a PO box.
The item's particular qualities like it's size, weight, type of material or other things disqualify it.

International Shipping By Air Freight

We ship most international packages via DHL FedEx and UPS but at a higher cost. Delivery times are reduced to around 7–15 days. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes) and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. International Shipping By Cargo Ship

we often (on your Demand ) ship via cargo ship, in which case it may take around 20-30 days to receive your package, depending on the origin and destination of the shipment.
Some items cannot be exported due to manufacturer or government restrictions. You will receive an on-screen notice if you attempt to put an item in your shopping cart or check out an order containing items which we cannot send to you.
We also reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside the USA.
Duties, Taxes, Customs & Other Fees
International orders are generally subject to destination's local import duties and taxes. If you opt to pre-pay, we will collect and pass-thru to a licensed broker the import duties and taxes on your behalf. If you decline our pre-payment service, ELEFAIR cannot be responsible for, nor can we offer, any specific advice regarding any customs-related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.
We collect local sales tax (8.875%) on purchases made in our website and Store and corresponding percentages in any state requiring sales tax collection on remote purchases. Sales taxes are not VATs and cannot be recovered by non-USA visitors upon returning home.
