Return Policy
At Elefair, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy and follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth and easy return process.
If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.
If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, the seller might deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item's value
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item if: The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item. All included accessories, tags, and manuals are intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned: Custom-made or personalized products. Clearance or final-sale items. Digital Product ( Computer Software, Template) Used, worn, or damaged products. Items without original packaging or missing accessories
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
4. Exchanges
You may exchange an item for a different color, size, or a replacement for defective products.
Exchanges depend on product availability.
5. Return Shipping
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Elefair covers the return shipping cost.
For all other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Instructions
Step 1: To Create a Return Request:
Go to My Account > Purchase History, find the item and select "Return this item". Select a reason, add a description/photo if necessary and submit. We will initiate your return within 24 hours.
Return Key Details
Timeline: Generally, you must request a return within 30 days of the actual or latest estimated delivery date.
Refund: Once elefair receives the returned item (or confirms that it is being returned), your refund will be processed.

Include:
Your full name, Order number, Reason for return, Photo/video (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Step 2: Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with:
Approval confirmation. Return shipping label (if applicable). Instructions for packing and shipping.
Step 3: Pack Your Item Securely
Place the product in its original packaging, Include all accessories and documents
Step 4: Ship the Item
We will email you a QR code to send your return. Show it to our selected returns store associate. The store associate will assist you.
Return Labels Cost
Return labels generally cost between $3.84 and over $20, depending on the package weight, dimensions, and distance, using discounted USPS or FedEx rates.
Flat Rate Return Shipping Cost: $8.55
Step 5: Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement.
