✔ Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item if:

The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

You received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item

All included accessories, tags, and manuals are intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or personalized products

Clearance or final-sale items

Digital Product ( Computer Software, Template)

Used, worn, or damaged products

Items without original packaging or missing accessories

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

4. Exchanges

You may exchange an item for a different color, size, or a replacement for defective products.

Exchanges depend on product availability.

5. Return Shipping

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Elefair covers the return shipping cost.

For all other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Step 1: Contact Us

Include:

Your full name

Order number

Reason for return

Photo/video (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with:

Approval confirmation

Return authorization number (RMA)

Return shipping label (if applicable)

Instructions for packing and shipping

Step 3: Pack Your Item Securely

Place the product in its original packaging

Include all accessories and documents

Write your RMA number clearly on the outer box

Step 4: Ship the Item

Ship the package using the instructed carrier or your preferred carrier (depending on your case).
Keep your shipping receipt for tracking.

Step 5: Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement.
