Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. elefair.com will not accept returns of any desktop or notebook computer more than 14 days after you receive the shipment. New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.
We have a 14-dayĀ return policy, which means you haveĀ 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youāll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Refunds
We will notify you once weāve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youāll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Every effort is made to ship packages as quickly and efficiently as possible. Shipping totals are calculated after all rebates and bundle discounts have been applied. Gift cards, freight charges, duties and taxes do not count towards the $300 order total. Shipping and Custom fees are nonrefundable.
Why didn't my order qualify for Free Shipping?

we often (on your Demand ) ship via cargo ship, in which case it may take around 20-30 days to receive your package, depending on the origin and destination of the shipment.
Some items cannot be exported due to manufacturer or government restrictions. You will receive an on-screen notice if you attempt to put an item in your shopping cart or check out an order containing items which we cannot send to you.
We also reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside the USA.
Duties, Taxes, Customs & Other Fees
International orders are generally subject to destination's local import duties and taxes. For specific countries and for many items ELEFAIR offers the convenience of having us handling these fees directly over to the broker on your behalf. If your order qualifies for this option, it will be presented to you during the checkout process. If you opt to pre-pay, we will collect and pass-thru to a licensed broker the import duties and taxes on your behalf. We collect local sales tax (8.875%) on purchases made in our website and Ā Store and corresponding percentages in any state requiring sales tax collection on remote purchases. Sales taxes are not VATs and cannot be recovered by non-USA visitors upon returning home.
