A. Yes,support Android & iPhone,But android phone WiFi is turned off by default,so,you need to manually turn on phone's WiFi to connect.
If WiFi automatically disconnects, please turn off the setting of automatically switching to mobile data in phone.

Damages and issues

we often (on your Demand ) ship via cargo ship, in which case it may take around 20-30 days to receive your package, depending on the origin and destination of the shipment.
