Q: How to store the R100 Portable Power Station?

A: Turn off R100 before storing. Keep it in a dry, well-ventilated, room-temperature space and avoid damp areas. For prolonged storage, please charge it once every 3 months to extend battery life and keep power available during emergency.

Q: How long can R100 Solar Generator run my device?

A: Run time ≈89.6Wh*0.90/power of your device (0.90=90% conversion rate). Actual duration may vary based on usage conditions.

Q: What kinds of solar panels should I use to charge R100?Does it come with a solar panel?

A: The product package does not include a solar panel. The DC5521 input specification of R100 is: 10~30V DC, 3A (Max. 40W). Recommended VOC of solar panel: 18~35V, suggest a 22.5V 3A (40W) panel.

Q: If the power displayed on the screen is different from the actual or A: the power drains too fast, is there a malfunction?

A: The displayed power may be inaccurate after long term storage. Please charge and discharge twice to calibrate the BMS.The R100 features AC discharge protection to prevent over-discharge from damaging the battery. The AC will automatically turn off when the AC discharge reaches 10% of the remaining power. At this point, you can still use DC/USB to use up the remaining 10%.(Solar panel not included)
