At Elefair, we strive to deliver your order accurately, quickly and safely. Our shipping policy is explained separately for digital and electronic products:

1. Instant Delivery
Digital products such as: Premiere Pro templates, Photoshop files, motion graphics, etc. are delivered instantly via email after payment is completed.

You can also download the file to your Elefair account if you wish.

If for some reason the file link is not delivered, please let us know within 24 hours.

2. Physical Product Delivery
Delivery Time:
USA 3-5 business days.
Bangladesh 14-21 business days.

Delivery Charges:
USA Free Delivery.
Bangladesh: Free Delivery Above Minimum $1000

Final Charges will be mentioned on the Invoice after the order.

Delivery Confirmation:
Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an email/SMS with confirmation and tracking information.

Packaging and Security
All products are securely packed to prevent damage during delivery.

You can check the package in front of the courier when you receive it (if possible).

Important Instructions
The order process starts only after payment is completed.

In case of delivery failure due to any incorrect address, mobile number, or absence, additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

Elefair is not responsible for delivery delays if they are caused by the courier company (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
