Product was delivered incorrectly (e.g. wrong file, different template)

File does not open or has major defects

Payment made, but download link not received and not resolved within 3 business days

Non-refundable when:

You “think” the template does not meet your needs

Requesting a refund after downloading the file (if there is no problem)

Requesting a refund after using the file

Unauthorized purchase or payment made in error

2. Electronic Product Return & Refund Policy
Returnable when:

Product arrived in defective condition

Wrong product shipped

Product functionality significantly impaired

Return timeline:

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product

Product must be in original packaging, invoice and untempered condition

Return process:

Send the product to the return address after verification

We will review the product and confirm the refund/exchange

Refund method:

It may take 5-10 business days

Return/refund is not applicable in the following cases:
