2. **Hygiene & Safety Policy:** Due to the personal care nature of Oral Care and Skin Care items, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded under standard buyer remorse. 3. **Chargeback Violations:** Filing an unauthorized chargeback or "Friendly Fraud" dispute (claiming you didn't receive an item that shows 'Delivered' via tracking, or claiming an unauthorized charge for a purchase you made) is a strict violation of our terms.
4. **Legal Evidence Submission:** We actively contest all fraudulent chargebacks. In the event of a dispute, Elefair will automatically submit your complete transaction history, IP address, device fingerprint, matching AVS/CVV verification logs, and carrier-certified delivery tracking proof to your financial institution. Fraudulent claims will result in immediate cancellation of your account and permanent blacklisting from our platform.
