Elefair Seller Policy

At Elefair, we allow freelancers, designers, template creators, and trusted electronics sellers to sell products on our platform. Below are the policies and guidelines that apply to selling on Elefair.

Seller Qualifications
You can sell on Elefair if:

You are an independent designer/developer/seller

You own or can provide proof of your own digital product

Your electronics product is original and functional

You operate in Bangladesh or are an internationally approved supplier

2. Digital Product Upload Policy

You must upload your own or copyright free design/template

You must provide detailed description, preview image/video and file format for each product

Any template or file containing obscene, illegal or copyrighted content will be rejected

Elefair sells your files, deducting a commission on each sale (see commission rate below)

3. Electronic Product Terms

As a seller, you must ensure product guarantee, warranty and authenticity

You will provide real photos, specifications and price of the product

Elefair customer service can ensure – the seller is responsible for incorrect/defective delivery

You must keep your product stock and delivery time in order

4. Commission and payment system
Elefair usually deducts 30% commission on digital products (the final rate depends on the content type and seller level)

Commission on electronic products can be up to 5% – 15%

Payment is made once a month or when the specified limit is reached (Bank Transfer)

If the refund claim is not received within 14 days of the sale, the money will be considered ‘cleared’

5. Seller Code of Conduct

Provide accurate information and files

Buyers cannot be misled or deceived

Help resolve customer complaints quickly

Follow Elefair’s instructions and updates

6. Reasons for which a seller account can be canceled

Repeatedly uploading incorrect or defective files

Copyright violation

Not responding appropriately after customer complaints

Selling counterfeit or counterfeit products

Actions that damage Elefair’s brand Activities
