How Do I Track My Order?

BANGLADESH: 14-21 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on the type of product and location.

How can I request a return or refund?

For digital products: Only if the file is defective or incorrectly delivered

For electronic products: A return request must be made within 3 days if the product is defective or incorrect

Yes! If you are a designer, developer, or content creator, you can join Elefair as a seller.

What if I make a payment but don’t receive the file?

Wait for 10 minutes. If the file still doesn’t arrive:

Check the Spam/Promotions tab
